SupportCensor has no direct or indirect relation with Zoho Books. Only, it tries to bring every possible support alternative (official / independent / local / on-site etc), together, at one place. This saves consumers from traveling across the internet in search for trusted support options. Considering the fact that, support informations, over the internet today are highly untrustworthy, need for such a platform gets extremely important. We're continuously putting efforts to improve our services to the best.
We basically find three different support pages on the Zoho website. One dedicated to Zoho Books to offer multiple help resources together at single place. Second, being the Zoho’s contact us page while third again dedicated to global customers.
This Zoho support page can be found by visiting https://www.zoho.com/us/books/support/. On the very top menu bar, we see the option to check Zoho features, pricing for various products & page url to various help resources like FAQs, help documents, forums & business guides.
Next to it is the big search bar that says “How can I help you?”. It’s to basically take the questions of Zoho consumers to connect with available support resources on the website. One looking to speak with customer service directly, may skip this option. Next, we see twelve different boxes that hold valuable information when it comes to problem solving.
